Little Sis pays a visit

I was happy to see my sister, Casey the other week when she paid me a visit and stayed at my apartment. We had a lot of fun, drinking, laughing and a whole lotta walking. She had just got back from travelling all over Greece and Italy. I tried to show her as much of Paris as I could on the limited time we had. We visited Le Marais (the Jewish Quarter), Sacre-Couer, Champs Elysees, Jardins de Luxembourg, le tour Eiffel, and all the big museums, Pompidou, MuseƩ D'orsay, Picasso Museum, the Louvre. The list goes on and on. Here are some pics from the trip. It was really great to see her. It was like old times, fighting like brother and sister and laughing a lot.

On another note, I was lucky to be able to find an internship for the month of July for a French/American company that specializes in post production work for films. The company name is Dubbing Brothers. Should be pretty sweet. All I need to find out is how they take their coffee. I think I may have more responsibilities than that. I think there's a cappucino machine somewhere in the building. I"ll keep you updated how the job progresses.

Casey's feet hurt so much she walked home without shoes, but I insisted she wear these before entering my apartment.

Casey wasn't too fond of this painting for some reason. Or maybe she didnt like that i was taking the photo

Hi Matt,
I hope you don't mind that Scotty sent me your blog info as he told me there was some great photos of you guys and did I love seeing you both... You both look so wonderful! What a great trip she had and I'm sure the highlight was seeing you in Paris.

What a fabulous experience you are having there. I am so envious as I always wanted to go and live in France and learn to speak French. I was so jealous that Mom was so fluent in it, and I always tried to pertend that I could speak it too, but was really terrible.

And the job you are taking, how cool is that? Dubbing Brothers? American? English speaking? Sounds perfect.

I will look forward to you next blog. What a wonderful way to keep a journal of your life there.

take good care of yourself Honey. Stay happy.
Love Always,
Gayle
